FAQ

When will my order be delivered?

We ship the orders as soon as possible , but at least within 2-3 working days.

 

Can I pick up the motorparts?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the motorparts at the location in Gemert. Erwin’s Motorparts even advises to pick up used motorparts for which the condition of the part is very important. This way you can judge if the condition meets your expectations and you do not have to pay any cost for sending the part back if it is not meeting your expectations.

Also for fragile parts Erwin’s Motorparts advises to pick up the parts. Of course fragile parts are shipped with extracare, but we can never rule out transport to these parts due to transport.

Each Saturday Erwin’s Motorparts is opened from 10.00 until 16.00 hours. It is possible to pick up motorparts which have been ordered in advance on Saturday in Gemert. Please make sure to order these parts on time, because the parts are stored in different locations they need to be collected and taken to the location in Gemert for pickup. Picking up orders on other days than Saturday is possible (Monday – Friday) but only on request. Please contact Erwin’s Motorparts via webshop@erwinsmotorparts.nl or by phone (+31 6 44 11 04 31).

 

When can I pick up the parts that I ordered?

After the order is placed the order will be made ready for pickup as soon as possible. As soon as the order is ready for pickup you will receive an email at the email address you entered while placing the order.  

Erwin's Motorparts is opened each Saturday from 10.00 - 16.00 hours.

Can I pay cash when I pick up my order?

It is possible to pay cash upon pickup. While placing the order make sure to choose the option ‘Pickup From Store’ as shipping method and ‘Pay cash upon pickup’ as payment method.


It is not possible to pay by card at the location in Gemert!


Can I receive a payment request via email or whatsapp for my order?

Yes, we can send you a payment request. If you want to receive a payment request for your order you need to choose the option 'Bank Transfer' from the Payment Methods.


In the field 'Comment' you can add the email address or the phone number the payment request needs to be sent to. 



 

How do I know what the condition of the used motorcycle part is?

For each used motorpart we try to describe the condition of the part as detailed as possible. The description of the condition you can find in the specification of the product, on the product page, below the pictures. We always place detailed pictures of dents and deep scratches. By clicking on the picture it will open in a pop-up window. If you click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner, you can zoom in on the picture.

Is the condition of the product very important for you we recommend to pick it up in Gemert. You can then determine immediately if it meets your expectations. In case it does not meet your expectation the sale can be revoked and your payment will be returned.

 

Can Erwin's Motorparts repair my motorcycle, or can Erwin build in the parts that I bought?

Because of a very full agenda Erwin cannot maintain any motorcycles at this moment. Also building in parts bought at Erwin's Motorparts is not possible, with the exception of extended swingarms which were bought at Erwin's Motorparts.

 

I cannot find the motorpart I am looking for in the webshop, is it possible that you have it on stock nonetheless?

Not all motorparts which are on stock are available in the webshop. It is therefore very well possible that the part you are looking for is available. Please contact us via the contact form and inform us which part you are looking for, for which type and year and we will let you know as soon as possible if we have the motorpart on stock. We need to search in several locations, so please be aware that it can take some time before you receive our reply.

 

Can I trade in my used motorparts or motorcycle?

It is possible to trade in used motorparts or motorcycles. Always contact us upfront (preferably via e-mail) and give a clear description of the used motorparts or motorcycle which you want to trade in. Please also add some pictures so we can determine that condition of the motorparts or the motorcycle.
