Delivery and Pick up

When you place an order you can choose between delivery and pickup.
Did you choose for pickup? In that case you will receive a confirmation from Erwin’s Motorparts per email when your order is ready for pickup. You can pick up the order on Saturday between 10.00 and 16.00 hours in Gemert. Pick up on other days (Monday - Friday) is only possible on request.
For used parts, for which the condition of the part is very important, we recommend to pick up the motorpart. This way you can judge if the condition meets your expectations and you do not have to pay any cost for sending the part back if it’s not meeting your expectations.
For vulnerable products such as fairings, gas tanks, exhausts, etc. it is preferred to pick it up to avoid transport damage. Heavy or large used motorcycle parts such as an engine or a frame can only be picked up.
Parts will be shipped 2 to 3 workdays after the payment is received.
Parts will be only be shipped in the Netherlands. For shipment outside the Netherlands, please get in touch before placing the order to discuss the possibilities and cost.
If a part is not according to the expectations it can be returned within 14 days (except for bespoke parts such as extended swingarms). For the exact terms regarding withdrawal and returns please read the 'General Terms & Conditions'. The shipping cost for withdrawals and returns are on account of the buyer.
